(A) TEMPORARY BEACH LIFE-GUARDS AT BEACHES IN COUNTY SLIGO
• Enniscrone & Rosses Point Beaches: Weekends and Bank Holiday for June
Full-time cover for July & August
Weekends 1st – 17th September
· Streedagh Beach & Dunmoran Beaches: Weekends and Bank Holiday for July & August
Applicants should hold a current IWS National Beach Lifeguard Award or equivalent (minimum requirement) as recognised by the ILS (International Lifesaving Federation)
Please note that applicants must attend aPool Test & Interview for the Beach Lifeguard which will be held in the Sports Complex, Cleveragh, Sligo, on Friday 25thMarch, 2016 commencing at 9.30 a.m.
(B) BEACH WARDEN AT STRANDHILL BEACH:
· Strandhill Beach: Weekends only for July & August
A Certificate in Occupational First Aid would be desirable for this position. Relevant experience in a similar role would be an advantage. It is intended that interviews for this position will be held early in April, 2016.
